识别物流企业智能化改造和数字化转型过程中的影响因素以及影响因素之间的层级关系,有助于加快物流企业的智能化改造和数字化转型。文章通过文献分析、案例总结和专家咨询等方法提炼出物流企业智能化改造和数字化转型过程中的具体影响因素,利用解析结构模型（ISM）对影响因素之间的复杂关系进行研究,得出影响因素之间的层级关系,获得多级递阶结构图。并以此为依据,提出帮助加快物流企业智能化改造和数字化转型的具体措施。
Abstract
In the process of intelligent and digital transformation of logistics enterprises, identifying the influencing factors and the hierarchical relationship among them will help accelerate the intelligent and digital transformation. Through literature analysis, case summary, expert consultation and other methods, the paper extracts the specific influencing factors in the process of intelligent and digital transformation of logistics enterprises, studies the complex relationships among the influencing factors through Interpretative Structural Modeling (ISM), obtains the hierarchical relationships among the influencing factors, and gains the multi-level hierarchical structure chart. Based on this, this paper puts forward specific measures to help accelerate the intelligent transformation and digital transformation of logistics enterprises.
