Publishing Ethics
In order to strengthen and enhance the construction of academic norms, scientific research integrity and academic ethics in the process of writing, reviewing and editing academic papers, set up good academic atmosphere, carry forward the scientific spirit, resolutely resist academic misconduct, and establish and maintain a fair, just and open ecological environment for academic exchanges, the editorial office of Logistics Sci-Tech specially formulates publication ethics, and promises to strictly abide by and execute relevant national policies and regulations on academic ethics, editing and publishing, standardize the behavior of authors, peer review experts and journal editors in the whole process of editing and publishing, and accept the supervision of academia and the whole society.
As an author, he/she should promise that the content of the manuscript is true and reliable, free of any academic misconducts (such as plagiarism, fabrication, falsification, inappropriate authorship, duplicate submission/multiple submission or duplicate publication, etc.) and in compliance with the requirements of relevant rules and regulations, and then the bibliographic information should be clearly annotated in the references. All authors should be the contributors to the works, and there’s no dispute about the author order. The corresponding author should ensure that other authors authorize the publication of the paper, agree to sign the Copyright Transfer Agreement, and permit sharing the paper and research data in proper database. When authors discover any errors in their own papers, they are obliged to promptly notify the editorial office and cooperate with the editor to retract or correct the paper. All sources of financial support for the project should be disclosed. With respect to conflicts of interest, authors should declare any conflicts of interest related to papers accepted for publication in our journal.
Editors should give the author comprehensive, detailed and clear revision suggestions for the manuscript to be accepted. If the author has any objections, editors should give response in time, and communicate effectively with author to reach an agreement.
Editors should find and end the academic misconduct such as multiple submissions of one manuscript through CNKI sci-tech periodical academic misconduct checking system.
Editors should upload the electronic version of the published papers to the website of China Condiment promptly, and upload to the databases of CNKI and Wanfang Data at the same time.
The editorial department will conduct two academic misconduct checks on all papers before submission for review and before official publication. The editorial board will send the manuscript back to the author once validated evidence is found indicating that it involves a certain kind of academic misconduct and inform the author or the research team or institution he/she is affiliated to according to the nature of misconduct. If academic misconduct is found with an already published paper in the journal, the editorial board will issue a statement in the journal or its website, announcing repeal of the paper involved and delete all the data related to the paper from all the related databases, so as to terminate the dissemination of the paper. Meanwhile, the editorial board will issue a letter of admonishment to the author or inform the institution he/she is affiliated to according to the nature of misconduct.
The editorial office has signed an open access agreement with the databases such as Wanfang Data and CQVIP. All papers are published in the above databases in open access form. Published papers should be public immediately and free to readers permanently, allowing users to read, download, copy, print, search, obtain a link to the full text of the paper, or use them for other legitimate purposes.
